The Kid LAROI, real name Charlton Kenneth Jeffrey Howard, first appeared as a rapper at the age of 13. One year later, the Australian released his first EP "14 With A Dream". The Kid LAROI celebrated his first successes in 2020 thanks to the US rapper Juice Wrld, who had died a year earlier and for whom he was allowed to perform as an opening act and who had significantly advanced his career. Their joint single "Go" reached number 52 on the Billboard Hot 100. The Kid LAROI, whose name alludes to the tribal affiliation of one of his ancestors to the Kamilaroi, achieved international attention in 2019 with the song "Let Her Go".
In 2020, the singer released his debut mixtape "F*CK LOVE", which immediately reached a top 10 position in the USA, third place in his native Australia and international chart positions.
