The following conditions of participation apply when writing a fan review:
- The author has to comply with the fact that his or her review will be online on our portal for an infinite amount of time. Our other users are, at all times, able to read the review, the heading, the date and the nickname
- The declaration of the email address is optional. The email address will not be shown on the website, it will only be used to inform the author when his review is online
- Texts that are not about the review of an event or that are at odds with the truth will be deleted immediately.
- The use of real names, telephone numbers, URLs, email addresses, and links, whether they lead to the same or another website, is forbidden.
- Also forbidden are the following: Personal data/ information about a third party, insults, falsehood, political opinions, irrelevant statements, sexual contents, religious contents, offensive contents and all other contents that are classified as criminal offences.
- Ticketbande B.V. reserves the right to delete fan reviews at any time without giving any reasons
- Ticketbande B.V. is not liable for the accuracy, quality, validity and integrity of a fan review
- The author of a fan review is responsible for the contents of his or her review and therefore indemnifies Ticketbande B.V. against third party claims in this respect.
- A fan review written by a user does not reflect Ticketbande B.V.’s opinion
- The author has to ensure that has rights to write a review.
- The author shall ensure that he or she holds all the rights in respect of content provided for publication and grants Ticketbande B.V. unlimited rights to use and exploit the content provided, without restrictions as to time, place or content.
